Return and refund policy
You have 100 days from delivery to tell us a piece is not right. We collect it ourselves. You will not be asked to repack a sofa or wait in for a courier.
Condition
The piece has to come back in the condition it arrived in: unused, unmarked and unstained; structurally untouched, not modified, drilled or cut; and in its original packaging, intact.
What we cannot take back
- Made-to-order pieces built to your specification
- Fitted pieces assembled into place, including modular wardrobes and built-in bedroom sets
- Mattresses, once unwrapped, for hygiene reasons
- Clearance and ex-display pieces sold as-is
- Anything damaged after delivery
Refunds
Your refund covers what you paid for the goods. Delivery, assembly, staircase and disposal charges already paid are not refunded, because that work was already carried out. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 working days of collection; your bank may take a further week to show it.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Tell us within 48 hours and send a photograph. We repair or replace the piece at our cost and arrange collection ourselves.
Warranty
Every piece carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects: faulty materials, poor workmanship and components missing on arrival. It does not cover normal wear, cuts, scratches, dents, accident damage, misuse, lack of basic care, anything re-assembled by someone other than our crew, or commercial and heavy-use settings.
Solid timber moves with humidity. Slight variation in grain, tone and finish between two pieces of the same design is a property of real wood, not a fault.
