Delivery & assembly

We carry it in, build it, and take the boxes away.

Delivery and assembly are done by our own crew — not a courier, not a subcontractor. The people who bring your sofa up the stairs work for the same company that sold it to you.

What it costs

Ordering one small thing on its own — a cushion, a bowl, a wall shelf? Ask us before you pay and we will send it by courier for S$10 instead of the full delivery fee. There is no sense sending two people and a truck for a plate.

What white-glove actually means here

• We carry it in — up your stairs, or into your lift
• We place it exactly where you want it in the room
• We assemble it
• We take every box, every offcut and every scrap of wrapping away with us

That last one matters more than people expect. A three-seater sofa generates about as much cardboard as it does furniture, and disposing of it is your problem the moment a courier drives off.

How long it takes

Subject to stock availability and delivery schedule, for everything on this site.

We confirm your slot before the day. If a lead time slips, you hear it from us first — not on the delivery date, and not from a tracking page.

Stairs, lifts and tight corners

Most delivery problems in Singapore are access problems, not furniture problems. A sofa that fits your living room perfectly can still be defeated by the turn at the top of a staircase.

Tell us three things when you order: your floor, whether there is a service lift, and roughly how wide your corridor is. If a piece will not make it up, we would far rather know before it is on the truck than while it is on your landing.

Taking your old furniture away

We can dispose of what the new piece is replacing, on the same visit, with disassembly included. Ask us for a quote when you order — the cost depends on the size of the piece and what else is on the truck that day, so we price it per job rather than pretending one number fits a dining chair and a wardrobe.

We cannot dismount anything fixed to a wall or ceiling, and we will need the space cleared before the crew arrives.

If it does not fit

If a piece physically cannot be delivered into your home, and the access details you gave us were accurate, we take it back and refund it in full. You are not left holding a sofa that will not go through your own front door.
